How to Create a Beautiful Brag Book/Photo Album

Do you need a nice quick gift?

Do you have nice photo's that you want to give to your family?

Do you need a quick album for your home?

With a brag book and some scrapbook paper/collection you can create a nice album quickly.

Here is the brag book is used.  I bought mine from Michael's. They are $1.99.

These books will hold 36 - 4x6 photos and are acid, lignin and PVC free.

To personalize these brag books you can find a paper collection or scrapbook paper and stickers and turn this brag book into something very pretty.

Here is the collection I used from Simple Stories called Documented. You can find this collection at www.twopeasinabucket.com or www.scrapbook.com.

It contains letter stickers and shape stickers as well as paper to complete this project.

I used the front and back covers of the brag book as my template for cutting. I added some of the letter and shape stickers. For the inside I cut some of the 4x6 element pages from the collection and added my pictures.

Here is my after picture.

I made three of these books in under a couple of hours.  I kept one and gave the other two as gifts.

You can embellished the album as much as you like.  I added tabs to break up each section because I included pictures from three separate events.

Here are my back covers.

Here are all three of my albums.

I hope you enjoy this project!

To see the entire album please watch my YouTube video below. You will be able to see the entire book including the inside.

Thanks for looking. Have a great day!

  1. How cute! I bought mini photo albums forever ago (seriously, probably at least four years) intending to make brag books but never got around to it. Now you've renewed my interest in it. Your books are fantastic!
