Fun Fall Projects

This week I want to share all of my fun fall projects with you!!

Let's start with my projects from last year.

I didn't have a blog last year so these were shared on my YouTube channel only.

Now that I have this wonderful blog, I want to share them here too.

This is a lot of projects to share with you at once, but I need the rest of the week to share with you what I made this year.

Just take your time browsing and enjoy!!

Starting tomorrow I will share the projects that I made over the weekend, but I think you will like these as well.

First up is a fun Boo banner that I made using some chipboard shapes and a Halloween paper collection from Echo Park. I covered the chipboard with the paper and used various other supplies to decorate the banner. (bingo cards, chipboard frames, glittered letters, etc)

Here is the YouTube video showing you how I made this fun banner. (Remember this is from last year, so I reference a concert that we went to last October)

The next project is a fun witches hat and broom.

I bought a grapevine broom and chipboard hat shape from Michael's and just decorated them with paper and items from my stash.

For the hat, I just used various scrapbook papers and mod podged on a quilt effect. I glued some black feather boa around the brim and added some embellishments (feather, bird, black glittered leaf, pumpkins, spider/web, etc)

The broom was hard to take a picture of but I twined some ribbon around the whole thing and then added in some things that I thought our witch might collect. (leaf, bell, lace, raffia)

I made the "no fly zone" sign from chipboard and used paper and stickers from my stash.  The shoes were a free printable shape from the Internet.

Both projects turned out really cute. We named our witch Stella and put her name on the hat and the broom.

Here is the video showing you the items up close.

My next project was this cute and fun altered haunted bird house.

I had so much fun making this project. I used a paper collection by Bo Bunny called Whoo-ligans.
I painted the house black and then just started cutting and adding the paper. I used red sticky tape to adhere the paper and embellishments.

To see the house up close, please see the video below.

The next project I made were some wreaths.

This wreath is called a curly paper wreath using scrapbook paper. You just cut some 1/2 inch by 12 inch strips and curl your paper. I used my bone folder but you could use scissors. I then just pinned on the paper to a foam wreath form.

This wreath is similar to the one above except the paper is cut wider.

Here is the YouTube video showing how I made these wreaths.

My next project was framing word art and paper pumpkins.

It is hard to describe how I made these paper pumpkins so I highly recommend watching the video below. They are easy to make and so very pretty!!

For my framed art, the printable is on pinterest found here.  I used a frame that I had in my stash and just painted a coordinating frame mat and used a Hambly transparency behind the printable.

Here is the YouTube video showing you how I put together the frame and the paper pumpkins.

My final projects from last year were this fun pumpkin banner and 7 Gypsies photo tray.

My banner was made with some pumpkin chipboard from Michael's. I covered them with scrapbook paper, added some pictures from our trip to the pumpkin patch and used some brown tulle to string the banner.

This is a fun picture tray from 7 Gypsies. I cut my scrapbook paper to 4x6 to fit into the slots and decorated with more pictures from the pumpkin patch.

Here is my video showing you the banner and tray and my mantel.

Whew! Did you make it through all of that!!

For the rest of the week I will be sharing a project a day. I hope you enjoy all of these and found something that inspired you to get creative!!
