Harvest Banner

I have a "harvest" banner to share with you today.

I love making banners, but they are so hard to photograph!
I love decorating my antique hall tree but I didn't have a Thanksgiving banner so I made this one that says "harvest."

I will have close up's of each letter at the end of the blog.
For my banner, I hand cut the banner shape from medium weight chipboard. My size is roughly 4x6.
I used the new paper collection called Thankful from Authentique.
I cut the paper to fit each  banner and glued them down  I punched holes into each banner and added some We R Memory keepers eyelets.
At this point, you can just add your letters. I like to layer so I cut some doily shapes and scalloped ovals.
All of the supplies are shown in more detail in the video below.
To embellish the banner, I added stickers from the sticker sheet in the paper collection and some ribbon from my stash.  I used brown tulle to string the banner. I also covered each letter in Golden Rod stickles.
Here is a snapshot of each letter.
Here is the video. This will show you all of the supplies used, how I used them, and a closer look at the banner.
I hope you enjoyed my banner. Thank you for looking.
