Recipe - Pink Lady Salad

I have another recipe to share with you today. This one is called Pink Lady Salad.

This is one of those recipes that you just can't mess up and you can eat a lot of it and not feel guilty.
Here are your ingredients:
Sugar Free Jello (any flavor)
Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Canned Fruit (any kind)
Fat Free Cool Whip

This recipe can be any flavor you want it to be depending on the flavor of jello. You can also add any kind of fruit. I used Lite Fruit Cocktail and pineapple chunks.
First you drain the fruit and then add into a big mixing bowl that you can store in your refrigerator.
Next I added in the cottage cheese. I bought a big container so I didn't use the whole container, but you can. I just like to save some for other recipes during the week.
It is a great source of protein, so add as much as you like.
Next I add in the jello. This recipe will take on the color of the jello.
Since I used cherry, it turns a pretty pink color once stirred together.
The last step is to add in the cool whip.
This tastes so light and fluffy and is great for a snack or after a meal as a dessert.
I hope you enjoy this recipe if you give it a try.
Thanks for looking. See you on the next post.
