Changing Decorations from Easter to Spring/Summer

Today I want to share with you some of my spring/summer decorations.

This was my Easter decorations on my hutch in my hallway through March.

I have put all of this away and needed to find some spring/summer decorations for this space.

I made a trip to Michael's and discovered that their spring decorations were on clearance.

Here is what I came up with.

I love the blues and decided these decorations are going to stay up through summer.

Here are the individual pieces.

This is a faux camera that is actually a piggy bank. I found this piece first and decided to use the blue accents on the camera to find my other decorations.

The second piece that I found was this book/box. It looks like a book but opens like a box for storage.

It was hard to take a picture but it is a pretty textured blue with a bird and the saying is, "A family is a little world created by love." The word family is also going down the side of the book.

My third piece is this apothecary jar and marbles.

I have always wanted an apothecary jar and these were half off last week so for under $10 I got this pretty jar. I found these pretty blue toned marbles from Michael's as well. You can find these in the wreath section.

I love the size and colors that I was able to put together for this space.

I also love that I can use any of these pieces around my house as decorations when I am ready to change the decor on this hutch.

I spent under $30 for all three pieces including the marbles just by waiting to buy spring decor after Easter.

Thank you for looking! I hope you enjoyed this post.

See you on the next post.
