Yogurt Fruit Parfait - A Current Summer Favorite
These are so simple to make.
They are so delicious and healthy.
Here are the ingredients that I used.
Yoplait Greek 100 calorie yogurt in vanilla
Cascadian Farm Dark Chocolate Almond Granola
You can substitute any flavor of yogurt and fruit that you prefer.
Slice up your strawberries. Add a layer of yogurt to the bottom of your dish, add some fruit, granola, then repeat the layers. I like to end with some yogurt at the top with a sprinkling of granola on top.
That's it. Add as much fruit as you like and enjoy!
I highly recommend the Cascadian Farm granola. The dark chocolate and almonds in this granola gives a wonderful boost to the parfait.
It tastes so good.
