Slow Cooker Swiss Chicken Recipe and Video

This week I am sharing the Slow Cooker Swiss Chicken recipe that my family loves.

This recipe was found on Six Sisters Stuff website and can be found here

I have this recipe pinned here on my Pinterest board if you would like to repin on your boards.

I have filmed a YouTube video on my Shelly's Home Life channel if you would like to see me make this recipe.

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of Swiss Cheese
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup milk
1 box/package of Herb Stuffing Mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chicken broth (optional, not shown)
cooking spray

Spray your slow cooker generously with your cooking spray.

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker first. Place the Swiss cheese slices over the chicken breasts.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup with the milk.

Once combined, place on top of the cheese/chicken in the slow cooker.

Add in the stuffing mix.

Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing mix.

Pour the broth around the edges of the stuffing mix. This will help add some moisture and keep the stuffing mix from sticking to your slow cooker (optional step).

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours.

I served this recipe with corn and steamed broccoli.

I hope you try this recipe and enjoy!!

Thank you so much for visiting my blog.

I hope you subscribe for future posts.

See you on the next post

Hugs, Shelly
