Weekly Meal Plan and Grocery Haul Plus a Meal Planning Tip - Video Included

Here is my meal plan and grocery haul for the week of 09.28.14. 

Meal Plan:

Walking Taco's and Cheese Dip
Grilled Tuscan Pork Chops, Potatoes, Veggie
Chicken Skewers, Parmesan and Spinach Orzo
Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo, Salad, Garlic Knots
Homemade Hamburgers and Fries

Meal Plan Tip:

Make your meal plan permanent!

If you are going to take the time to write out a meal plan, keep it. 

I write mine on a 4x6 card that I cut from scrapbook paper. 

I keep the cards in a Martha Stewart Binder and page protectors. 

You can keep your meal plans on recipe cards with your recipes, create a file in your computer, write the plans in a notebook, etc.  Whatever works for you. 

By keeping these plans, you can refer back to them on busy weeks and just buy the groceries that you need for that plan.
