Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo Bake - New Recipe Try and Review

One of the meals on my meal plan for this week was a Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo Bake.
This is a new recipe try for us and here is my review.

The original recipe came from Life in the Lofthouse and can be found here

It turned our delicious, however I will make a few tweaks to the recipe to fit our family tastes.

For the future, I will add more chicken, tone down the Italian Seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.

I filmed a process video if you would like to watch this recipe come together.

Here is the recipe after making the changes that I mentioned in my video. .

This is what I will write on my recipe card.

Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo Bake

1 Box Penne Pasta Noodles (13 to 16oz)
2 (10oz) Jars Alfredo Sauce
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 (15oz) container Ricotta Cheese
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 to 3 cups cooked, diced or shredded chicken
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 teaspoons dried Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Boil Penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and then return pasta to the pot. Add all remaining ingredients except for the mozzarella cheese. Stir together to combine and then pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, evenly, on top. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and hot.

I served this dish with a side salad and garlic knot.

This made a lot so we ate it the second night and I served it with steamed spinach and mushrooms.

I froze the remaining half and will pull out and reheat in a couple of weeks.

We loved this recipe and will add it to our rotation of pasta dishes.
