Weekly Meal Plan, Tip, and Grocery Haul - Video Included



Here is my weekly meal plan, tip, and grocery haul from Walmart. 





My meal planning tip this week is to shop your food inventory and plan your meals according to what you have on hand. 

I started by looking through what I had on hand in my freezer; both meats and freezer meals. Next I checked my fridge and pantry. I made my meal plan based on what I had on hand. 

This will help you use up food that is about to go bad or freezer food that needs to be eaten. This can also help you if your food budget is getting low. 




This is my not-so-fancy list, but it worked for me. I wrote out what I had in stock in my freezer and then wrote out my meal plan. 

Here is my plan:
Spaghetti & Meatballs, Salad, Garlic Knots
Taco Chicken (freezer meal), Rice, Bean, & Cheese bake
Fish, Potato Wedges, Salad
Pork Chops, Rice, Green Beans
Chicken Skewers, Twice Baked Potato Casserole, Broccoli
Breaded Chicken Breasts, Spinach Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce, Peas
