Recipe Share - Ground Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles

In today's post I want to share a recipe for a quick and easy Ground Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles. 

My daughter requested this recipe for dinner this week and after we ate it, I wondered why I don't make it more often.

It is super easy and delicious and doesn't take long to come together. 

1 pound ground beef
1/2 to 1 onion, diced
1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt or Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
4 Tablespoons Milk
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Egg Noodles

Cook your egg noddles according to the package directions. 

In are large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Season with the salt and pepper. Once browned, add in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, ground mustard, milk, and mushrooms.Simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. 

Serve over the egg noodles. 

My daughter doesn't like mushrooms, so I saute them in a separate pan and put them over my serving of stroganoff. 

We served our stroganoff with steamed broccoli.
