December 2014 Project Life and 12x12 Calendar Layouts

I have my final Project Life and 12x12 Calendar layouts for my 2014 album to share with you today.

I finished December 2014 and am sharing them with you on the video below.

Here is my December 2014 calendar.

I create this using the Collect app on my iPhone.

I print it at my local Costco.

For my supplies, I pulled every Christmas paper collection and embellishments from my stash and put them in a 2 gallon Ziploc bag.

This is what I pulled from while creating my layouts.

I also used all of  my Ali Edwards Christmas stamps, Stampin Up Real Red ink, and some Becky Higgins Project Life photo overlays.

Here is my title card. You can't tell in the picture, but the vellum card behind the Dec. 2014 has an ampersand sign.  I added some sequins to the pocket and stitched the stop closed.

For the next two layouts, I used  Becky Higgins Panoramic page protectors.

This first layout covers my foot surgery and unexpected hospital stay plus getting ready for Christmas.

This is showing the layout with the flap open.

I love using Polaroid frames on cards.

On this one, I journaled inside of it and added some enamel dots.

This next layout covers our family Christmas gatherings.

They are photo and collage heavy.

I saved one 3x4 pocket for my journaling on each side of the layout.

Another fun use of a Polaroid frame.

The don't always have to cover the entire picture, but frame the people in the picture.

This covers Christmas Eve and Christmas day.

Layout with the flap open.

On the collage below, I didn't have enough pictures to complete the four picture collage.

I printed it anyway and used the empty space to embellish.

For my last layout in the album, I pulled my paper collection by Maggie Holmes.

I used a Becky Higgins Design J page protector.

This covered our annual New Year's Eve party with friends.

I used a Heidi Swapp gold overlay on the Maggie Holmes filler card.

Backside of the layout.

I had another collage where I didn't have enough pictures.

I love how these look with the embellishments.

I will be doing this again!

I used my last pocket for a 2015 filler card found here on Pinterest.  I added some gold and wood grain sequins and stitching.

I thought a confetti pocket would be fun for the last card of my 2014 album.

I am so happy that my 2014 album is complete!!

Thank you so much for looking.

Hugs, Shelly
