Easter Bunny Canvas Including a Process Video

I have another spring decor DIY to share with you today. I made this cute and fun Easter Bunny Canvas.

I filmed a process video if you would like to see how this came together.

This was my inspiration piece for this project.

Here are the supplies that I used to create this project.

I had everything on hand, except for the canvas. I bought this two pack of 12x12 canvas' from Michael's.

To make this canvas, I used the following die cuts from the Silhouette Online store:

Bunny Back
Grass Border
Echo Park Pennant Banner
Lori Whitlock 3 Easter Eggs

I cut the bunny from white card stock and all other shapes from patterned paper.

I used paper from the Dear Lizzy Neopolitan collection from my stash.

I used the decoupage to adhere the paper and die-cuts to the canvas.

I used the brayer/roller to help adhere the paper and remove any bubbles that like to form when using decoupage. I used my heat gun to help dry the glue.

For the banner, I used some light pink and white twine from my stash.

I just draped it across the top right corner of the canvas and used the decoupage to adhere it.

I used my glue gun to adhere the yarn pom pom as the bunny tail.

Here is a look at the pom pom, grass, and Easter eggs.

I did not glue down the top part of the grass so that it would be dimensional.

For more color, I inked the edges of the canvas with Stampin' Up Strawberry Slush ink.

This was so much fun to create!

I can't wait to decorate my home with this new Easter home decor.

Thank you so much for looking.

Hugs, Shelly
